Participants in the study who got some exercise had improved mood and creativity levels when compared to a control group of participants who watched a video.

A study published in the International Journal of Neuropsychological Rehabilitation found that participants who took part in three running sessions of 30 minutes per week for 6 weeks displayed an improvement in there visuospatial memory.
