How To Prevent An Armpit Stain
Save face – and your shirts – with these tips:

Hey guy, ditch the half moons on your shirt and prevent an armpit stain.

SWITCH UP YOUR UNDERSHIRT
Those cheap cotton vests trap moisture where sweat thrives: between your pits and the fabric. So switch to Cool Tech undershirts. They’re quick drying, and have special moisture control tech, that means your dress shirts stay free of nasty stains when things heat up.

STICK IT TO SWEAT
The aluminium in some antiperspirants can cause sebum, an oily substance your body produces, to cling to fabric and form stains. Rather pick an aluminium-free deodorant, such as Pure Beginnings – which is free of parabens and animal products

PULL THE EMERGENCY JACKET
Despite your best efforts to avoid it, sweat can still happen. So instead of drying your pit-stained shirt in the bathroom 10 minutes before the big meeting, throw on the blazer you’ve stashed in your office for just this purpose. Or keep a fresh, folded shirt in your desk or car at all times. You’ll protect your pits from prying eyes and look better for the presentation.

DE-YELLOW YOUR T-SHIRT
Have a favourite shirt you can’t part with? Step away from the bleach – it’ll remove the bluing agent that makes white shirts look whiter, resulting in a dull, flat tint. Instead, mix a tablespoon of white vinegar with ½ cup of water to soak the shirt before throwing it into the washer.
