There is never a shortage of sport fixtures to keep you glued to the television. From rugby tournaments to the Premier League, you always need some matchside support.
There are very little requirements that a guy needs when it comes to game-day- chilled beer, snacks, inviting a few guys over (at your discretion) and who could forget control of the remote.
Having the right snacks for game-day are as important as chilling the beer, as you do not want half-time to arrive and you’re thinking about your rumbling tummy and what you could have bought or made.

Create a Pizza Oven
Using your oven, you can turn it into a pizza oven by following these simple steps:
For a crispy, evenly cooked, pizzeria-style pizza, you’ll need to jury-rig your oven. Turn up the heat to its maximum setting (usually 260°) and preheat the baking sheets on the top and middle rack. The surfaces will help radiate heat around the pizza.

Time to get crusty
Using a bowl, toss your dough (whether its store bought or from a pizzeria, no one needs to know) with a mix of a ¾ cup of semolina flour and a ¼ cup of all-purpose flour. Stretch your dough on a floured surface, enough to make a 30 – 35cm crust.
All about the toppings
Transfer the crust to a floured pizza peel or pizza box lid and spoon your favourite jarred sauce or crush some San Marzano canned tomatoes, add slices of fresh mozzarella that you’ve patted dry.
Add slices of fresh mozzarella that you’ve patted dry, it’s all about keeping it simple and easy by applying basic toppings.

Bake and finish
Place the pie onto the middle rack’s sheet and bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, 8 to 12 minutes.
Finish with easy, no-cook toppings (like a ‘lil kid in a candy store, you can pick up to five): arugula, grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, goat cheese, gorgonzola, red-pepper flakes, prosciutto, fresh basil, fresh oregano. Finish off with garnishing a drizzle of olive oil.
That’s it! You have your better-than-delivery pizza.
