Know Your Why
“Always take note of why you’re doing anything. There will be days when you don’t feel like working out and your motivation is in the sink, but when you remember why you haul yourself off to gym every day? That makes it easier to hit the ground running”.

Men’s Health Runner Up??Get Your December issue of Men’s Health| About a year ago I was gutted I didn’t make it into the Top10 but God was preparing me for something greater. 3years ago – I was at the lowest point of my life, everyday felt the same and I didn’t know how to go on. Sacrificed a lot time out with friends and family, lost a couple of relationships whilst working on myself. I didn’t make the cover but this will be a memorabilia of the amount of dedication, hard work, sweat and commitment I put into turning my life around. “Never take a single moment for granted” Thank you for all the messages but most of all your unconditional love, care and support. My family and friends understand how much this means to me! The most humbling experience I’ve ever been through! Thank you. Fitness has the ability to change lives and bring people together from different walks of life. Thank you @menshealthza for the awesome experience & all the new mates I’ve made! #TransformationTuesday #Fitness #MensHealth

You Are What You Eat
“I love eating clean food that’s high in nutritional value. Mix in proteins and a moderate amount of carbs with good greens. I noticed the benefits of limiting sugar and cutting processed foods, almost immediately. If you’re sapped for strength, don’t be afraid to experiment with different energy sources”.

Be the Early Bird
“Get a head start on the day. That means, choose to go to bed early and choose to wake up even earlier.”

Favourite Move
The squat. It’s a compound lift that hits your core and bolsters your legs. “ That’s almost every major muscle group in the human body”.
